Are you an employer who has a problem with absenteeism? We can help. We will train one of your own staff to be a Prevention Facilitator. We show him or her how to give training to your staff to Keep Safe and learn Self-Defence (without using weapons).
Through a maintenance contract we will support and monitor the effect of this on absenteeism, caused by domestic violence.
The training not only involves resistance and self-defence for staff to keep themselves safe, but also gives each HR department the details of services available for victim support (local NGOs, refuges, Social Care, Health, South African Police) services close to the place of work.
